Logistic center and production line SANO

SANO Bruno’s Enterprises contracted the construction of a new industrial storage building in Romania. The facility consisted of: hall, offices, installations: electrical, water, firefighting, sewage, HVAC, loading ramps and accesses, roads, platforms. Further, a new facility for production detergents and cleaning products was added. LUDAN has executed pursuant a turn key contract: permitting, multidisciplinary design, site organization and supervision, material and equipment supply, construction works: earth works, concrete, steel structure manufacturing and erection, cladding, flooring, partition walls, joinery, painting, insulation, project management and co-ordination.

The new buildings foreseen were extensions to PMI current buildings. Construction area consists of: production buildings, an administration complex, technical utilities rooms, canteen extension, Locker room extension, parking rearrangement and extension, gate house extension, car wash relocation. LUDAN was selected for engineering services based on a framework. The following services were provided: Design and permitting services, technical assistance during construction.
